Tax documents will be available on the Cascade website on or before January 31st, 2024. Please visit Cascadeloans.com to download your tax statement after this date. If the interest paid in 2023 exceeded $600, a copy of your 1098 statement will be sent to the mailing address in our system.
We are currently experiencing technical issues with the “My Documents” section of the website which allows you to view items including your 2024 tax form. Please reach out to our Customer Service team at customerservice@cascadeloans.com to obtain a copy of your tax form.”
